Welcome. Welcome. Today is Friday, June sixth, and it is twelve o'clock eastern. And each and every one of you that is joining me today is gonna be all that much more, efficient in the Govstone platform. We're gonna learn a lot of stuff today, talk about what is going on in transportation and highway safety as it pertains to public sector spending. Have a lot in store for you all today and some really cool treats. Lots of, emerging trends that are happening that we're seeing across the board, more dollars being allocated, more AI being allocated towards this industry, and we're gonna do a deep dive in how we go beyond those bid opportunities to really influence and get ahead and help each and every one of you gain more market share in that space. If you've attended any previous webinars before, my name is Paige Mokler. I've been with GovSpend for many, many years, worked with thousands of different clients of all different industries here at GovSpend. And a lot of the tips and tricks that I'm gonna be sharing with you today are tried and true, and are repeatable, scalable, step by step action items to, again, win more market share in the public sector with the enhancement of leveraging the GovSpend data. So let's go ahead and open up my slide deck that I have for you guys today and tons of GovSpend searches and information in store. One moment. Let's see if it wants to be nice to me today. Alrighty. Now I like to ask questions throughout the session today, so please go ahead and use the chat icon below. If you click on the chat icon, that'll allow me to see some of the messages as well as collaborate with you all today. So before we begin, I always like to ask what motivated you to join today? What motivated you to join today? So go ahead and throw it in the chat. You know, what type of industry are you calling in from? Transportation, highway traffic safety, cybersecurity for transportation. Go ahead and click on the chat. Alright. Awesome. Practice details. Alright. An advisor for Apex. We appreciate those who help our small businesses win more. Alright. Engineering industry, AI and printing. Okay. First webinar. We have some first time attendees. I appreciate it. You're in for a treat. I like to keep these webinars, engaging and exciting. Try not to be like a lecturer. Try to keep it exciting. While today's focus is going to be on transportation and highway traffic safety, we are also going to you know, any of these tips and tricks can be replicated for any industry, really. Some of the examples are gonna be more on the transportation and highway side. But, again, you can apply any of these strategies and tips and tricks within the system on any of your own, industry searches and items. Let's go ahead and get started. So what are we what are we gonna cover today? Well, first and foremost, we're gonna talk about emerging trends. What is happening in this industry? Why is it getting disrupted? Why is there so much dollars that are being budgeted and allocated? We're gonna look at some of these meetings and see and hear how some of the dollars are going up and up to allocate towards these items. But first and foremost, AI as it pertains to dash cams. There's a lot more, industry investments in adopting AI with these tools and having real time driver behavior alerts, accident reduction. You know, obviously, insurance plays a huge portion of insurance compliance. There's a lot of EV fleet transition with the, clean bus program or clean schools program. A lot of schools are having to adopt, especially those in California. You know, twenty thirty is approaching soon and fast. So with those, some of those statewide mandates, they're having to evolve a little bit more quicker and faster to make sure that they're keeping their infrastructure and EV charging stations available and compatible with the markets. We have smart parking. How do we not only get more parking spots available and ease of accessibility through smart cities, but how do we have some of those technologies, use sensor based availability? I'm sure you've seen some of the lights that show you, hey. This parking spot is taken or not, as well as parking paying for parking tolls on a mobile app. So lots of emerging money there. Cav AI, vehicle to infrastructure projects, so smart intersections, providing more adaptive signals, so providing more safety when crossing those intersections. A lot of traffic tools, really. A lot of route optimization and live road conditions so that it helps improve not only budget allocation to make sure that they're improving the roadways when there's, you know, an obstruction or maybe asphalt needs to be relayed or overlay, as well as incident alerts. Are there a lot of accidents happening at a specific intersection that we may need to revisit the way that that traffic is being routed or the traffic signal timing. Right? A lot of this is in the emerging market, and a lot of it is technology based. A lot of technology, a lot of traffic signal, that is gonna get tied together in software smart cities. There's a lot of compliance in as well as GIS based traffic, tracking, predictive repairs, drone inspections on highway bridges and off ramps. I'm sure you guys all heard about what happened in South Florida with some of those bridges as well as up in upstate New York. Some of those bridges have failed. How do we keep our highway safety, safe? And, how do we maintain those ahead of time? How do we get ahead? And with that being said, when all of these technologies and AI tools are going into the transportation industry, there's a huge question next to cybersecurity. How are we protecting that data from digital threats? So with the, automated license plate recognition, how do we maintain privacy? How do we make sure that we're tracking, but also maintaining that privacy? And also, like, digital twins, like twin modeling, three d modeling and simulations for traffic flow so that when we are, you know, expanding and developing cities, how can we do so in a way that doesn't disrupt traffic flow and has the most optimal process? If you've ever driven down here on ninety five from Miami to Boca or Boca to AI, it is insane. We we need a little bit more of that down here. So those are some of the emerging dollars and trends that you're gonna see today in some of our searches and alerts. Tons of billions of dollars being allocated to these items. So those are some things to keep top of mind, especially if you're in an industry that is complimentary to these tools or disrupting some of this. Which brings me to my AI. Who are the most active vendors in this space? Who should we be on the lookout for? Who should we keep our eyes on? Well, not in any particular order, but here are some vendors that are being awarded heavy dollars in q one, getting a lot of the market share in q one. VeriMobility for traffic enforcement and smart mobility solutions, whether that's AI red light systems and kind of enforcing those. Geotab, been in the industry a very long time, but really upgrading their systems with fleet telematics, Samsara with dash cams and fleet management and asset tracking. Tyler Technologies dabbles across various industries. However, there's been a recent uptick with smart city solutions with parking and transportation software. Again, a lot of these are more solution based and traffic software solution based, technology, not necessarily AI hardware and infrastructure, AI for traffic management, conduit for parking enforcement, how do we make sure that when somebody doesn't pay their fare that, you know, we're informing them and tracking them? Catch traffic calm? How do we make sure that we're, you know, upgrading those tolling systems, highways, tollways, iPass, Sunshine Pass, all the various systems that kinda integrate with one another. How can we make sure that they are, if I have an iPass in Illinois, how do I make sure that it is, compatible with the ones in Texas and the ones in Florida? Hexagon, Leica, and QFree, and Trimble to round it out, some names in the industry with GIS. So with those things being said, what are we gonna cover today? What are we gonna cover today? Well, today, I'm gonna show you how to break the cycle. Right? We've talked about what are some emerging trends, what are some things that we should be aware of in transportation and traffic safety. But in general, what are some things that we all experience regardless of the industry when selling into the public sector? Well, sometimes we're a little too reactive. We wait for the bid to come out, and it's already been influenced and specked by another provider. So it's not really something that I can bid on, or maybe a portion of it. Opportunity flies under the radar. Maybe it didn't even go out for bid. Maybe it was sole source. Maybe it, you know, was on a partner project, and that project or that portion of the project didn't go out for bid because it was part of that mass, what I like to call, a mixed bag bid where there's many services and products being requested. Maybe we're too early in the process. Some of these projects take time. They plan years in advance. And so sometimes it's maybe maybe we're still too early or maybe it's the opposite. Maybe we're too late, and the funding has already been allocated towards a particular vendor. It's already been persuaded, and they're already under contract or in the middle of a contract. So probably prospecting that agency doesn't make sense to spend any more time and resources on it. But at least I have the timing, right, from GovSpend. The budget has been set, or more recently, funding has been cut across various, spending categories. Maybe it's a little too early. Maybe we need to do a little bit more discovery. Is this an opportunity that I can even compete on If if I know that my top competitor is looking at this opportunity, maybe I don't wanna bid on it. But if my competitor hasn't doesn't operate in that state that I'm targeting, then maybe I have a leg up and have a little bit more opportunity. And last but not least, our point of contact goes us or maybe there's an agency employee turnover. How do we overcome that? And today, I'm gonna show you how to break that cycle with the help of GovSpend and the data that GovSpend provides and recent AI tool enhancements that we've released. How can we tackle each and every one of these prospect problems to, again, gain more market share of what's out there and what's being spent? And I always love to have goals. I mean, if we have these webinars, we wanna have a purpose. And so my purpose today is to help elevate and enhance your current pipeline planning with GovSpend. We want to fuel and maintain your pipeline using data strategy because the data's great, but what you do with the data is what's gonna get you that ROI, that return on your investment, and help you get that edge when you're competing across various vendors. Help save you time, money, and resources while making you money, and then, of course, become ten percent better in maximizing investment. We're gonna cover a lot of different strategies and tips and tricks today, so take what resonates and leave the rest. But if I can at least help you, you know, retain at least ten percent of the information that we're gonna share today, then that's a job well done. So who's excited? Let's get into it. We're gonna talk about how to create value driven proposals. So how do we use GovSpend's historical data to help us draft value proposals on these bids or quotes? How do we allow the filters to do the prospecting for you? How do we use the data and analytics to kind of anticipate when they're most likely going to buy again? Spending patterns, buying signals. How do we enhance our follow-up strategies to, you know, make sure that we're maintaining momentum and we're building that trust and partnership with that agency, and most importantly, get ahead of the RFP. Sometimes we're so focused on, you know, what does GovSpin have available today that we forget all the other areas in the platform that can help us get ahead. So let's go ahead and dive in. So right here, I am currently on GovSpend's bid module. Over here on my left hand side, I have bids and RFPs. And based off of the industry, I just put in a plethora of keywords from parking to various vendors AI Geotab and Samsara, electric vehicles, DOT compliance, traffic safety, all of the various categories. And I have about a hundred and twenty keywords, so it's pretty robust. And you'll see that just with this minimal set of keywords, because we can put so much more across transportation and highway traffic, that there are over twenty seven thousand bids that are currently open today. That is how much money and opportunity that there is in this industry today and historically too. But twenty seven thousand are geared towards traffic and highway. On the left hand side, this is where I have my filters. We are not gonna be going over search tips and tricks today. We are solely gonna be focused on how do I action the information and what are some hidden tips and tricks to turn that data into action. So if I scroll further down, you'll notice that I have my due date, the agency that's requesting the bid, what is the title and a brief description, and if the documents were readily made available. There's a plethora of opportunity, so I'm just gonna pick a random one. I see this one listed a few AI. So let's take a look at this one. So this is for Connecticut Department of Transportation. They want to replace computerized traffic signals. So when I click on that, I'm gonna pull open the bid. I have my title. I have when it was posted. So this was posted a AI ago. It's due it has kind of, like, an impending due date. This is just an estimate. So this is something where Connecticut Department of Transportation is planning. Right? They're planning to upgrade the system, and they're trying to request as much information as possible and plan accordingly. So this is kind of one of those open ended bids. Now right here, on the top right, you'll notice I have a new little snowflake figure, and this is GovSpend AI. What we're doing with this handy dandy tool is rather than taking the time to read all of the details of the bid, the files, make sure I gather all of my information, I actually can just go to my little AI tool and say generate a sales brief. It's gonna read the bid for me and highlight the key important pieces for me. And if this is an opportunity that I have to collaborate or partner with with another vendor, I can actually copy and paste this text right here and forward it along. That brings me to my second question for today. How many of you on the call today are considered hunters? Hunters meaning that you're the ones that are scouring the bids, escalating them to the powers that be to help, whether that's estimators or bid coordinators that you're collaborating with partners on these. How much how many of you are, like, hunters in these bids? Go ahead and use the chat icon. Alright. Lots of folks that are involved in prospecting. Okay. Perfect. So this should save you a ton of time. If you're involved in prospecting and building relationships with these agencies that are requesting the products and services that you all offer, remember, you have these prompts that are available to you. You can quickly ask, who should I contact? You know, what are the bid submission requirements? Does it have to be you know, are they old school where it has to be an envelope? Is it new school where I have to go to a procurement site? Like, what is the case? I can actually come over here and either click on generate an outreach email template, or I can really guide it a little bit further. I personally like to share with our AI. Say, hey. Write an email to the bid contact and convey that I received their request and am working diligently on putting a proposal and value deck together in the interim. Here is a capability statement. Since we have not worked together before. Make it warm and inviting. Boom. Now it's writing an email to Megan. I can just copy and paste and send this to Megan now. It just wrote an email. It's kinda highlighting our capability statement. Maybe I haven't worked with Connecticut before, and I want to establish a partnership. I wanna let them know who Page's traffic safety is. Right? And if I'm gonna send that warm little invitation, because, hey, this is just an estimate of a bid, not necessarily an actual bid that's out just yet. What a great way to build a relationship with the person that is directly involved with this project. Again, copy and paste, send it on out, take advantage of it, play around with it, and see if it's something that that is helpful. Would love to hear some feedback on how that's helping to save you guys time. Now that's not all that we can do. Right? We have some amazing prompts. But remember, in order to access GovSpin AI for bids, you do have to have the bid open. Now if I scroll farther down, I have this little business card where I can see, you know, Connecticut Department of Transportation. I can see what other information does GovSpin have on file for Connecticut. What I'm actually gonna do is I'm gonna go back, and I I can look at all of these opportunities with GovSpin dot AI. But what I wanna show you is once you have an opportunity that you know you're going to respond to or to approach, the next best thing that you can do is not just go and respond. Let's do some research. Let's do some discovery. Let's make sure that we are writing a compelling proposal. So they're focused on updating their traffic signal computerized systems. So if I'm offering a traffic signal computerized system, I probably wanna know what do they currently have. What brand of traffic signals do they currently have? Who do they purchase from? Etcetera. So I put in not only these a hundred and twenty keywords, but also some companies for the various industries and items. So there's a lot more keywords in here and vendors. What I'm gonna do is from my spending search, right here, I'm in spending. I'm looking at the history of what agencies have spent in the past. What I wanna identify is the incumbent and the brands that that agency currently spends money on. Rather than search and search line item by line item, I'm just gonna click on the agencies tab. This is a quick and easy way to research what that agency has paid in the past for the items that I care about. Now there's a lot of agencies in this list, so it may take a moment, but I'm gonna go ahead and type in Connecticut. So there we go. Connecticut Department of Transportation. We have over twenty six hundred transactions, eight hundred and seventy million spent on traffic and highway safety, services and materials. If I scroll farther down again, this is looking for everything in that space that they're spending on, but let's see. Okay. Here we go. Silvino Guzman. DOT detection upgrades at various traffic signals. I can see that they're working with Silvino Guzman. And here are the different areas. Danbury Air event area to reduce vehicle delays and emissions. I can continue looking at the history. I can look at the different intersections. I can see how many. Looks like a lot of dollars being spent. We also have some pavement markings with Anna. We have some Olga Construction. But I can really do some damage looking at this history. Who do they use for the different services? For example, if it was a, refresher training, looks like Suzanne Musado was doing refresher training for twenty three members at this agency across these specific dates. Again, I can do some research and see who the incumbent is, who do they spend, what are the brands that they choose, what are some other items that could help me understand how to write a more compelling and value based position in my proposal? And, again, all I did was click on agencies, type in the agency name that I'm interested in. So just within two clicks, I was able to uncover a lot of that history and information. And if you ever need any assistance in searching for incumbent data or the history or who was awarded previously and you're not getting there quickly, the best part about the investment in GovSpend is that you're investing in a partnership. So if you're ever struggling to find the specific information you're looking for, just go ahead and use the chat icon and make a request. I can click chat. I'm Paige Mokler. I'm gonna start my messaging. Can you help me AI the incumbent for Connecticut DOT? See, somebody's already available. Before I even messaged anything, we have somebody available. Traffic signals. And AI. I made my request. Miriam, who just took my chat, is now gonna go ahead and do some research for me, And she may ask some follow-up questions to make sure she gets the relevant information, but I have a partner here at GovSpend that's gonna help me do some research. Maybe I'm in a pinch. I'm not gonna make her do it. Just showing on. Smiley face. Have a great day, Miriam. Now let's say I wanna use this as a lead list. I wanna know any agencies that are spending money on these products and services because they could benefit from what I provide. I can come over here to agency contacts. Now when I click on agency contacts, this is where you're gonna see this filter on the bottom left populate. When you see this filter populate when you click on contacts, it's showing you all of the contacts that GovSpend has on file for the agencies that have populated in our list. If you're in the transportation and highway traffic system, you're not gonna wanna talk to the assistant principal of a school. You're not gonna wanna talk to the music teacher. You're gonna come over here and click on titles. Let me move this over. And you're gonna click on these three dots, and you're gonna change to text. This is where you can start typing in various chats. Yes. You can. You can export these contacts. What a great question. All you would need to do if you're looking for contacts at a very specific agency, just make sure that you click on that agency. Filter for them specifically so it's only showing you those contacts. Now I'm gonna type in highway. I'm gonna type in fleet, vehicle, safety. I can do roadway. I can play around with all of these various keywords and really refine this list to a very targeted marketing campaign, or it could be a cold call list. You can even segment this for your territory reps if you have team members that are segmented by territories or agency types. You can really curate a beautiful cold calling list, which I would like to say it's a it's more of a hot lead list. Right? Because we know that these agencies are spending money on the items that we can either complement or product replacement, etcetera. Whatever your value proposition is or go to market strategy, this is a quick and easy way to uncover those contacts. And you can filter further so it's not school safety. We can do highway safety, or focus on, you know, transportation. I can type in transportation and the various titles that make the most sense to you. Now another way that you can take this information and develop a lead list from the history so what we just did is we went from the bid, looked at what it is that they were requesting, created an email, and now we're looking at the incumbent information, the history, how do we competitively price. One of my favorite actually is, a success story that we heard today this morning is one of our clients looked at their competitors' information and AI their products only three cents less. So per product, three cents less than their competitor and won the bid. So it's not like they were slashing their prices just to be the lowest bidder. They just moved it a little bit, three cents per product or three cents per AI, and was able to win that bid all with the help of GovSpend. So if that if you can help replicate that across your industry, it is a highly successful, strategy with the use of the data. And then, of course, complementing with the contacts. Getting to the contact and making sure that that opportunity doesn't fill up fizzle out, we're building relationships with those agencies. Now if I wanna take this into a lead list let's let's say that I wanna set up an alert that anytime my sales team or marketing team, any of my BDR team, who are kind of like my sharks. My they're searching the waters for those big opportunities. If I wanted to set up an alert for, let's say, when if I sell complimentary, like, dash cams and accessories to the electric fleet or charging stations. Just trying to be vague in the transportation industry. This is another way that you can take advantage of hold on. Let me pull it up. This is another way that you can take advantage of the data. So right here, I have recent electric vehicle and electric bus purchases. I have all my various makes and models. I have vehicle sedan, UV, EV bus. And then, of course, I was thinking maybe, like, MSRP thirty three thousand and above. I wanna make sure I'm looking at vehicle purchases, not accessories, but then I altered it to the last ninety days. So if I sell vehicle electric vehicle charging stations, charging ports, or maybe I do the infrastructure AI whenever an agency makes those types of transactions. Regardless, it could be in bulk. It could be a one off. This is a great way to set an alert to let you know when an agency has made that purchase and be alerted of it. And you can apply the same tactic of agency contacts. I want to focus on anybody in fleet management. So I'm gonna go ahead and change the text. Anybody within fleet. Let's see. Bus. Vehicle. With bus, I'm getting there we go. Principal bus systems analyst, SVP of strategy at University of Texas. So for the agencies that are populating in my list for recent electric vehicle purchases, I can create another robust contact list and say, hey. I noticed that you purchased recent electric vehicles, and then talk about what their needs are and how you can best support them. Alright. Any questions so far? I'm gonna pause before we start diving into the other two modules. So far, we've played around in bids, a little bit of GovSpend dot ai, and some spending tips and tricks and tactics on how to take the information and turn it into action through call lists and value propositions. Any questions so far in the chat? I'm hoping that this is resonating. I'll give a moment. And then just to drive the the export question home, the export button is right here. You would click export. You would wanna make sure that you change it from purchase orders to agency contacts, and it'll tell you, alright. I am using seventy two credits of my however many credits that you have left. Obviously, I work at GovSpend. My system has a lot of credits. Each and every one of you should have a monthly allotment, so just make sure that you're using those credits wisely. Alright. Now we're gonna move along to getting ahead. These are a lot of these are reactive to what has been spent. Like, we're waiting for the transaction to happen or we're waiting for the bid to happen. How do I get ahead of that opportunity? Well, I can't think of a better way than looking at the expiration of contracts. When you look at the co ops and contracts module, these contracts are aggregated not only from agencies directly, but also also through cooperatives and statewide contracts and MSAs. And right here, I use those same two hundred and thirty eight keywords across various transportation categories of GovSpend. And there are over twenty seven thousand contracts that are coming up for expiration. When you think of the timeline of which you want to set the date, you would want to come over here to contract end date and think of your sales cycle. If it takes me six months to flip a contract or take six months to book the appointment to then selling that client or closing that deal, then I probably wanna set it up for, you know, in the next twelve months or in the next six months. If I have a longer sales cycle where it's more like the next three years, I should probably be building that relationship now. You can set it to next thirty six months. But if you have a shorter sales cycle, here are the things that we should be focusing on today. And in the next six months, there are over six thousand contracts coming up for expiration. Right here, I can see the date that the contract expires, who that contract is with, and it's with the utility associates and the Texas Department of Information. And then when I click on it, I can go ahead and open up that contract. And, wow, notice we have another AI tool. So rather than reading all of the information and going through all of the files, I can click on this little AI tool right here. And I just wanna know who do I you know, what are the termination penalties or contract expiration and any auto renewals? You know, what is, like, a brief and key terms? Like, what what is the sales briefing on this? Again, getting that quick summary. I don't have to take my time going through all of the documents and the details. I am getting a very specific key deadlines. Hey. They have out while this contract actually expires on November fifth, they do have a one year renewal option, but they have to extend it around this time. So they can extend to November fifth. So while this may not be up for expiration for a while, I actually can get ahead of it, and I have some important dates right here. I can go ahead and also copy this text and submit it to a partner to collaborate on or as an SDR, send it to my sales rep that I support, etcetera. Great way for quick collaboration and quick execution. Or even just say an email. Hey. I noticed I wanted to check-in and see how your overall, experience has been with this vendor for the security monitoring products and surveillance within law enforcement, dash cams, etcetera. Wanted to hear all your experiences. And if there's any hiccups, what has that been? So that way you can create a value proposition from that conversation. You also have these little, prompts, or you can simply ask it a question. Under files, here's where you can access those contracts. So if I just click on the PDF, it's gonna go ahead and pull open that contract. I can also see any signatures or any pricing associated with it. This is just kind of like a brief summary. But I have a if I'm, working on a partnership at Utility Associates, Michael Nark is who I would wanna reach out to. However, Herschel is the person that's the contact at Texas for this contract. Some great contact information. Who's in charge? Who signed it? He's the chief procurement officer. Let's go ahead and take advantage of that information. And, again, if you're looking for any of these types of reports or want your own session with the GovSpend team, please use us. We're here and happy to support you. We want you to have the information to be most successful, and maybe we need a workshop kind of what that timeline looks AI, or maybe add some additional keywords and phrases to really cherry pick those viable opportunities. Alright. Continuing along. So far, we've gone over bids, spending, and contracts along with the AI tool enhancements. The last piece for buying signals and getting ahead of those opportunities is gonna be our meeting intelligence module over here under contacts. So you have bids, contracts, spending, contacts, meeting intelligence. What the meeting intelligence module is doing is it's taking these public meetings, aggregating them into one central location, and running AI to transcribe the audio of those conversations. So if I'm somebody who's selling dash cams or improving intersections with traffic signals or adaptive traffic signals so that pedestrians can cross safely or parking solutions, then maybe some of the keywords and phrases that are spoken in these conversations to alert me of buying signals is gonna look a little bit like this. Let me go ahead and change it to transcript because I wanna think of what are some things that are spoken in these conversations when they're planning, voting, budgeting, and, approving some of these plans. If I'm somebody that does, like, dash cams or AI wanna I wanna know accident rates. Right? I wanna make sure that that agency isn't liable for the accident. And if they are AI, that we have dash cam footage, and maybe that agency doesn't. So maybe I wanna be alerted on when agencies are talking about accident rates or bad intersections or an increase in accidents after a recent development or new city or new roadway that has been established. Maybe our anticipated traffic flow was lowered than what the actual is or if we need more parking. And my favorite piece of this module is that I don't have to watch all hours of the the meeting. I can actually just hover my mouse over what has matched. We had a huge increase in our fatal accidents. Given recent studies that show no increase in accidents, these seem like a little contradicting conversation. So let's go ahead and click into it. The city council for city of Baltimore. Lots of accidents. Again, I have my little AI tool. I can get my popcorn ready and listen to, how long is this meeting? Three hours? And the commissioner? I'm not gonna listen all three hours. Right? I'm gonna quickly use my little AI tool and say, summarize the conversation for me of the topic regarding accidents and increase of accidents. I wanna make sure that it's about traffic. It's always when somebody's watching you that we mistype something. So right here, we can see that council vice president Middleton. So they're even talking about who's speaking. Raised concerns about an increase in accidents specifically at the intersection of Liberty Heights and Oakford and requested assistance. So they're calling upon the commissioner for the Department of Transportation to send officers to do a traffic enforcement at the intersection. We're we're beyond getting a solution. We need to send people there to that intersection to help maintain the caution in traffic enforcement, because everyone's getting pulled over. Will likely get a ticket. And he mentioned that a speed camera is scheduled to be put in on place that Friday. But we all know sometimes speed cameras aren't what's needed in those types of intersections. Maybe it's better traffic signal. So it could be a variety of things. But this is how you can quickly pull the meats and potatoes of that conversation and then use that to have a conversation. So now that I know it's vice president, Middleton, and they're sending police officers there, I can come over here and scroll farther down to this little, what I like to call, business card of what other information does GovSpin have on file for this agency. I can even search for vice president Middleton's, contact information or the chief of police that is helping maintain that intersection or the department of transportation that they called upon to help assist with that intersection. And if I'm a local, I can visit it myself. Let's take a look at another example. Let's look at need more parking for those that are in the parking infrastructure space. Park needs more power, need more money for JC Park. We're getting a lot of parks. Need more safety in the park. Here. Need more parking. It can discourage uses that need more parking. Let's click on this one. When I click on the transcript, it's gonna bring me exactly to that point in time of the video. Definitely, it can discourage uses that need more parking. So what is it that they're talking about? I'm gonna do it again. Summarize the conversation surrounding oops. Mistyped. Surrounding parking needs. So Rick expressed concerns about the regulation of limiting parking parking to a single row in front of retail buildings, stating that retail businesses need convenient parking to be viable. There's actually quite a few people that are talking about this. So we have, Rick and Jim that are kind of going back. We also have a j that's talking about existing regulations and space requirements. We now know that we have some square footage of that parking project and some of the pain points that they're experiencing. What a great way to open up a conversation, about your business to help them with this problem when you have some meats and potatoes to go off of. You're talking the same talk. You're talking the same language as that agency, and really getting ahead of those opportunities.
