We are really, really excited today to show you our new opportunities module. A couple quick housekeeping items before we get started. I'm the Chief Product Officer here at GovSpend. Really, really wanna thank you for joining us today and being part of the GovSpend community. We really value trust and partnership appreciate all of your business. And today we're really excited to show you what we've been working on and how it's gonna, in my opinion, and hopefully your opinion, completely change the way that you use GovSpend. Also joining us today is Katherine Sanders. Katherine's our Director of Product Platforms. Katherine's gonna walk through opportunities and show you how it works. And then Katherine's also gonna tease a few upcoming enhancements that we're working on that are coming soon. And of course, we'll try to save some time for Q and A at the end. We'll get as much time in as we can, but for any questions, like I said, if we don't get to, we'll happy to follow-up with folks afterwards. So let's get started. I'm gonna do just a really quick bit of context setting here, just so everyone kind of knows why we're doing the things that we're doing and sort of how we're approaching our our product philosophy and how we've been approaching it for the last year or so. And it really boils down to to two things, and and it's this has come directly from customer feedback and, you know, conversations we've had with longtime customers, with prospects, with folks who are power users of GovSpend, who are light users of GovSpend. And we've done a lot of work to really, really understand what people like about GovSpend and what they think can make it better. We've tried to really hone in on those things in terms of how we've designed our roadmap over the last year or so and going into twenty twenty six. And it really, like I said, boils down to two things. Our customers want it to be easier to surface signals from the noise, and they wanna make it easier to action the information that's relevant. We feel like we are absolutely a clear leader in terms of public sector data, but it's a really big haystack. And the bigger the haystack, the harder it is to find needles. And we know that's what our customers are looking for. Our customers are busy. They wanna find the sort of most valuable signals and the most valuable needles in the haystack, and we wanna make that easier. We also know that because that dataset is so big, sometimes using our legacy search can be intimidating, hard to know where to start, hard to know how to dial in keywords. We understand that. And that's something that we wanted to make much, much easier for our customers. And we also know that we have a lot of different datasets. We have bids, we have contracts, we have historical spending data, have meetings, contacts, all of our federal data sets. And we know that when you start to combine that data, it's much, much more valuable than some of the bars. So our goal is to connect that data on behalf of our users and make it really, really easy to draw those conclusions and actually for us to draw some of those connections and conclusions and insights on your behalf. And then on the action side of it, we know very, very clearly nobody gets paid to use GovSpend. GovSpend is an enablement tool. Govspend helps you do helps you do more with with your, you know, your core functions, your core workflows. Any time spent, you know, using a third party tool is time spent not engaging with your customers directly or your prospects directly. So for us, the golden ratio is we wanna increase the value that we're delivering while reducing the actual time you have to spend using GovSpend. And that's very, very important to us. We also wanna bake that into your workflow. So if you never wanna log into GovSpend, if you just want data pushed into your CRM system, your Slack, your Copilot, other third party tools, that's what we wanna enable for you. And that's what we can do today and then what we're also working toward in the future. And also what can we do to make it, you know, to make your sort of day to day workflow easier? You know, finding the right contacts, drafting emails, dialing in the right market pricing, those are all things that that we can do and and we can help you with. And some of those things you're gonna you're gonna see today, and some of those things are coming, coming very soon. So just a little bit of table setting to make sure everyone kind of understands how we're approaching our product road map, and really, really to understand what the goals are as we as we sort of looked into and and sort of built this opportunities module and and how we're thinking about the road map as it as it continues into twenty twenty six. If we jump to the next slide, I'm not gonna spend too much here, but just wanna make sure everyone's aware of, a lot of the things that we released in twenty twenty five. Twenty twenty five was a huge year for us, especially on sort of the AI enablement front. We did a lot of work, to enable and to sort of enrich and enhance our existing data sets with AI. So, you know, you have the ability to prompt records and and ask sort of common questions and get summaries. You can chat with records and chat with documents and get have the ability to to really, really drill down, into some of those deep, deep contract data or deep, deep requirements data. We enable the ability with AI notebook to pull together a ton of different, GovSpend results and sort of interrogate them, in bulk. So if you wanna surface top five best opportunities from a set of hundred different bids or a hundred different contracts, you can do that with AI notebook and also have it do some analysis and just really cool stuff that that LMs are capable of doing. So if you haven't checked out notebook, definitely definitely get some time on the books to check that out. We've enabled search, AI search across our datasets. You can use plain text queries to search across all of GovSpend. We launched an agencies module that helps you create your total addressable markets, use a lot of different agency sort of firmographic and demographic factors to drill down, Launched some enhancements to our CRM integration, including HubSpot, sort of automation in terms of, pushing signals and pushing, records directly there. And then we've also made some some great enhancements to our, to federal offering. So if you haven't checked out GovSpend Federal, definitely encourage you to check that out. There's a lot of stuff that we've done in the past year and a lot of stuff coming in early twenty twenty six, this quarter, in fact. So just wanna make sure everyone's, you know, familiar with the things that we've already done and are already live as we sort of get into opportunities, which is also already live, but assuming some of you have not have not seen it or not not been aware of it. So without further ado, I'm gonna hand it over to Catherine, and Catherine's gonna walk through our brand new opportunities module. Awesome. Thanks, Bradley, and, nice to chat with everyone today. We're really excited to get this in front of some of you folks who maybe have seen it already and others who have not. As Bradley went through, you know, our goal is really to simplify the user experience in GovSpend and get you that data you need more proactively pushing you insights as opposed to you having to come, as Bradley said, find that needle in the haystack. And then last but not least, you to action that data a lot more upfront within GovSpend and have the tools that you need for you and your teams to action that data. So really to start making that happen, our first goal was to know more about you as our customer, both at the organization level and then as an individual user within GovSpend. So early in January, we released enhanced organization and user profiles so that we know more about you so we can actually go and surface those insights for you without you having to do, you know, three hundred keyword, save searches, etcetera. So I'm gonna do a quick walkthrough of that enhanced profile and then just the general functionality of it so you understand how it's being used to fuel your opportunities module. So I'm here on the, profile page right now. It's in this My Profile section under account settings. Basically, we take the organization, your company's website, and we're using AI to generate an initial profile for your organization. And really, the meat of that profile is down here in this section here where we're looking to grab product and services that you all sell your competitors. Again, this is based off of GovSpend right here, the agency types that you're selling into, your go to market strategy, your industry, your state served and sales cycle. So this is kind of captured initially at the organization level. And then it is copied down through all your users for your users to fully customize for themselves. So we know that, you know, you may have different teams within your organization, different users may be focused in different regions. So we wanna make sure that we are allowing you that flexibility so users have a very customized view in their opportunities module. So, I'm going to jump, this is my profile. So, know, this is the GovSpend organization profile. I've actually modified mine to be a little different. So, it's kind of focused on GPS tracking devices, fleet management, administration, vehicle tracking, things like that. So I've completely customized my own user profile. And that's what kind of any user at your organization could do so that they have really customized insights being pushed to them. So that's a really, really big part of kind of our strategy is knowing more about users at the individual level within GovSpend. The second big piece is we want to know what you care about, what signals or events in the market you care about. And that paired with the profile is what fuels the output you'll see on the opportunities module. So that's when we kind of get into buying signals. So, on your individual user profile, you'll also see this section called buying signals. So, this is really to indicate what you care about tracking event and signal wise in the market. So, we have a section of all GovSpend related signals. So, these are all pulling from our GovSpend data sets across meetings, contracts, bids, and spending. So, you can, if you're only focused on really getting that upfront information pre bid, you may only care about meeting insights and you'd only toggle these on. If you're really doing kind of historical analysis or trying to get ahead by understanding competitor spend, you may care about spending. So you have the flexibility on indicating what events and signals you care about most. We also have a bucket of kind of web signals. So, we're going out into the public internet to surface these. So, you're going to get sources from across the internet. And you can again, select what you care about. If you care about all of them, you can select them all, but you can really pick and choose what signals and events you care about being alerted to day by day. So it's that combination of both your individual user profile that you fill in up here and what events and signals you care about that fuel what you see on your opportunities page. So I'm gonna jump right over to that. This is our new opportunities module. And what's so different here compared to kind of the previous GovSpend experience is we are pulling together proactively based your profile and what you care about information from across bids, contracts, spending, meeting intelligence, and those web signals, all here into one place for you to see without you having to go individually into each of those modules to go search for that data separately and then maybe piece it together. So this is bringing everything together. And again, you're not having to go into those modules to start to do any sort of searching. You'll also notice we're scoring these. So we kind of have a combination of you know, actionability, relevance to your profile, and just general, like, time frame if it's an immediate or kind of future looking opportunity. So those metrics go into the score, And you're gonna see your top scored items come up first here on on your opportunities page. And you can kind of scroll down and you'll eventually see lower scores. But, know, we wanna show you upfront what we think is the best match to you based on your profile and what you care most about. So that's, again, hoping to push you and your team the insights that you know, you're gonna want to action immediately, right there in front of you. We also have this kind of why this is important to you. So right here on the page, you know, you get some general information about this is a meeting, the agency, the meeting date, that score, and then why this is important to you. So all that's right up front there. And before I dig into kind of the details section, also wanna run through how you can kind of filter and play around with you view with your view. So we've got these filters up here. You can filter by agency. So if you really wanted to focus on specific agencies, you could filter down and see what opportunities are available for that specific agency. We've got a score filter. We are defaulting that to the seven to ten range, that higher score range. But if you were ever interested in looking at opportunities that are scored lower, you could always do that. Again, the lower scored opportunities usually mean they match maybe one or two things in your profile. So maybe they're related to your states of focus or maybe they're related to your products and services, but they don't have that kind of full alignment across your profile that would result in that higher seven to ten score range. You can also kind of filter through by the different signal types, if you really want to hone in on meetings for one day and kind of scroll through those, you can do that. We've also got source, so the public internet versus GovSpend, you can, you know, filter directly to those if you wanted to take a look at your web signals initially. We've also got this date filter. So, is just looking at kind of the new the dates that opportunities are served up to you, the specific due dates or expiring contract dates. We have this defaulted to last seven days right now. The goal and what this can allow you to do is if each day you really want to see what's new and most important to you, you can use this today filter, which is, you know, what are my new opportunities and what are the you know, I've got the score range from seven to ten. You know, each day you can come in here and kind of look at what's new and scroll through those. And then you can always go back back in time if you wanna look back seven days, thirty days, or just see all of your opportunities at once. So, really trying to get to that, you know, what's important for me today to look at. Then, you know, you can, again, dig deeper if you want. We also have this favorites and hide functionality. So you'll also see it over here on each record. So if you want to, you know, track records to come back to later or, you know, you're kind of creating a list for yourself to action, you can use that favorite icon. And then when you click the filter, it's gonna filter it down and just show you your favorited records. We'll likely continue to build on this. But it's an initial way for you to track as you're kind of scrolling through you might want to come back to later or flag and share with teammates, etc. And if you don't care about a certain signal, you can also hide that, that's going to actually remove it from your view entirely. And you can filter down to your hidden records and unhide them. So just, that's because I had the filter, just a few ways for you to kind of organize the information that you're seeing on your opportunities page. And then last but not least, just with the general functionality, we've got this good response, bad response. This allows you to give us feedback on the quality of the information, especially if you use that thumbs down. So, I encourage you, if you're seeing data that isn't relevant, or you know, maybe the information that's given as to why it's important is not making sense, please make use of this. We're tracking it and, you know, using it as insights to help make what we deliver to you much better and more aligned with your profile. So that's kind of the general overview of what you see on the outset on your opportunities page. Then you can really get into the meat of digging into a specific opportunity. So when you click this View Details, we'll pull up in this details view here. This is where you'll see kind of a general summary of the opportunity. And this is kind of catered towards your profile. And then really, why is it important to me? So, you'll see it's critical alignment with my offerings with GPS tracking devices, vehicle tracking. Perfectly within my target agency type municipalities and my target states of Georgia. So it's very much aligned with a lot of my profile. So that's why it's pulling in here. It helps you understand kind of the alignment with your services and, you know, region offerings. We also show attachments. So if there's any bid attachments, meeting attachments, contract attachments, those will all appear here, which you can get to. And we'll also surface other related opportunities from that agency. So these, again, are relevant opportunities for you that also exists at that specific agency. So just another way to kind of see what else is going on at that agency if it's nice to have that holistic view. You can also click this link, which will open up the actual detail page in GovSpend if you want to go check out. This is a bid, the bid itself. Use our AI panel to ask other questions. And you can open up the agency profile page as well. So, we'll kind of continue to bring more of that information directly into this detailed view, but also want you to get back to, you know, the true record that's fueling the information here if you need to do any additional digging, etc. But again, you should have the documents here and a lot of that information to really give you insights into why this is important for you. Alright. Next big thing, like I said, is is action. So we wanna make it so that you can actually action data quickly. So, wanna show kind of one other thing that you can do right now. One thing on our roadmap is really to bring in more AI functionality where you can ask questions here. Like I said, you can this is a meeting, you can kind of pop this open, this meeting record open. But I also wanted to highlight, you know, we've got this AI panel here. One other thing that we've done with your profile is bring that into fuel your actual AI chat experience. So if I click, is this meeting relevant to me? It's gonna use my profile information behind the scenes and give me more of that that data. So, again, as we work to bring more of kind of this functionality directly into the opportunities page, you are able to go back into kind of our existing pages and use some of our AI functionality, which is also hooked up with a profile as well. So you can do some of that additional digging and information seeking. And then long term, we're gonna bring a lot of that functionality directly in here. Alright. Additional actions. So today, we support email alerts from your opportunities to page. It's very similar in concept to safe search alerts if if you all have them. But basically, within your buying signals, you can choose to turn on alerts for your GovSpend information and your web information separately. So you would get two separate emails for those, and then select whether you want that information daily. So each day getting any new opportunities above a score of a five served up to you via email daily, or you can choose to kind of have that bundled in a weekly email. And just to flash up what that looks like, You know, we're, again, showing you whatever's new for the day, stack ranked by score, along with that why is it important information. So, you know, what's very different from our existing Safe Search alerts is this is serving up what we think is most relevant to you and also including the context as to why it's important to you. Right now with like a bid Safe Search Alert, you're just getting any new bids into that search. There's not a lot of extra contextual information or even relevance information as to why you know, what's most important to you. So, definitely a big step, to really help push data directly to you and have it, you know, be in a format that's much more actionable to you and your teams. The other, functionality we have today as well is, CRM integration. So, we support CRM integration today Salesforce and HubSpot. So we have our initial setup ready for Salesforce and HubSpot on the opportunities. So if you're directly on one, you can choose to push however you have it configured, you would likely see one option, but you can go ahead and push that opportunity directly to your CRM. And again, what's very different than our current integration where you have to go module by module and select how you want to map data from each distinct module and pick from a lot of fields. With the opportunities, you're able to send that title, why it's important, the summary, and, you know, the source of data that link back to the record, really, you know, five to seven fields and why it's important to you directly into your CRM system. So this is an example that we we set up where, you know, where you can kinda see what that looks like. I've got the signal title, the signal summary, and signal relevance going directly to my teams, And then, you know, a link back to that record and GovSpend and what that score was. So, again, much more like contextual information so that you know why this is coming through to your teams and, you know, giving you more information on how you can action it. So what's next? I know we've got a couple minutes left, I do want to highlight some of the things we're working on today. Before I jump to that, I also want to show really quickly feedback button. Please use this. It walks you through a few questions with an open ended one at the end. Anytime you have feedback, please use this, you can use it multiple times or surface feedback to your RMs. Any ideas are welcome, right? This is really a partnership of how we build this out long term with what enrichment information and what actions are most important to you all. And so a few things that I'm going to highlight here in the product that we're working on right now. Number one, you'll see some of these values. This is not exposed to customers yet, but we heard early feedback if we could get an estimated value on the opportunity, that would be really useful again, just to know which opportunities are worth tackling first versus maybe later. So we're working through kind of how we set that logic up and hope to expose this soon on opportunities where we can kind of calculate an estimate value of that opportunity. So that's one thing coming very soon. The other thing is surfacing contact information. So that's probably the one thing that's really missing here, like, you know, what the opportunity is, why it's important, well, who do I contact? So, this is just a prototype, but we have built out the mechanism to basically surface key agency contacts for that opportunity. Those are surfaced from our own contacts data, and also based on a recently introduced feature to identify decision makers at those agencies. So we're basically surfacing up to three decision makers for that agency directly on the opportunity. We'll eventually have that available to push through CRM integration as well. So, that's also coming very soon. And again, really makes that action effort a lot more seamless on your end. And then I'm just gonna jump back into the slide deck. We've got a lot of other awesome things planned, generate an outreach email, exporting your opportunities, having kind of a printable sales brief of the opportunity that you can share with your teams, contact information I mentioned. And then, you know, we wanna push this and meet you where you are. So we've got HubSpot and Salesforce, we're working on a Slack integration, potentially others to come. And as I also mentioned, kind of integrating some of the AI functionality we have across the platform onto the opportunities module itself. So right there, you are able to actually action that information and get more insights as opposed to having to go to the original record. So a lot planned. Again, our roadmap is also being driven off of feedback from customers. So really excited to get this in your hands and, you know, continue to talk to you all as we go. So I know we're out of time.
